SEIJINMORI – TERMS OF SERVICEBy purchasing, commissioning, or otherwise acquiring artwork or writing from Seijinmori through any platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. No exceptions.1. GENERALAll artworks and written works remain the intellectual property and copyright of the artist (Seijinmori) at all times.- Purchasing a piece does not transfer copyright or ownership. You are only purchasing a license to use the work under the conditions listed below.- I am not selling a physical product, only digital artwork and/or writing and a limited right to use it.- Any artwork or writing not purchased or commissioned by you may not be used in any way.2. PERMITTED USEPersonal use only.- You may display the work for personal purposes (icons, headers, private prints, etc.).- You may not sell, redistribute, or use the work for profit in any form.- You may not edit, modify, overpaint, recolour, trace, or alter the work in any way. This includes (but is not limited to) skin color changes, filters, edits, or partial redraws.- You may not claim the work as your own or repost it as original content.3. AI AND DATASET USEUse of my work in any Generative AI system, dataset, training material, or model is strictly forbidden.- This includes training, referencing, feeding, or using my work in any automated or semi-automated generation process.- Violation of this rule is considered copyright infringement.4. CREDIT- Credit must be given as @seijinmori (or a direct link to my profile).- If used as a profile picture or header, credit must be placed in the account bio.- When posting the artwork publicly for the first time, you must credit me.- If used continuously on the same account, crediting once is sufficient.5. COMMISSIONS, WORKFLOW, AND TIMEFRAMESBy commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept that:- My turnaround times are variable and may be slow.- I work at my own pace due to health, workload, and life circumstances.- Slow progress does not mean abandonment.- I am, however, highly communicative and will provide updates and respond to messages.- As long as communication is ongoing, the commission is considered active and in progress.- Delays, long timelines, dissatisfaction or impatience are NOT grounds for a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.6. REVISIONS, APPROVAL, AND WORKFLOW- You are allowed up to three (3) major change requests during the sketch and/or line-art stage only.- “Major changes” include (but are not limited to): pose changes, composition changes, outfit changes, character design changes, or any structural redraw.- Minor adjustments may be allowed at my discretion, but are not guaranteed.- Once the commission enters the coloring/rendering stage, NO further changes are allowed.
This includes both major and minor changes.- You MUST give explicit approval of the sketch/line-art before I begin rendering and colouring.- Your approval is considered final confirmation that the piece may proceed.- Any request for changes after approval and/or after coloring has begun will be refused.Requests that exceed the allowed number of revisions or violate these rules may be:- Denied, or- Treated as a new paid commission, at my discretion.7. PAYMENTAll payments are processed through VGen only.No other payment methods are accepted.Payment must be made in full upfront unless otherwise stated.By submitting payment, you confirm that you understand and accept that this purchase is strictly non-refundable in all cases.8. REFUND POLICY (NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.)ALL SALES ARE FINAL.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. AT ALL. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.*The moment your commission request is accepted, you permanently waive and forfeit any right to a refund.This applies even if no work has been shown yet and regardless of the stage of completion.This includes, without exception:- Change of mind- Impatience or frustration with timeline- Delays- Personal emergencies- Dissatisfaction with the result- Misunderstanding the Terms of Service- Any other reason whatsoever
Because the product is digital and custom-made, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances:- Once a commission is accepted, it is final, binding, and permanently non-refundable.- Approval of the sketch/line-art stage constitutes final acceptance of the composition and design.- No changes will be granted once you accept the sketch/line-art.9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTESIf you file a chargeback or payment dispute:- Your commission is immediately cancelled.- You forfeit all rights to the artwork or writing.- You may not use the work in any form, even if it has already been delivered.- You will be blacklisted from future commissions.- I reserve the right to submit this Terms of Service and all communication as evidence in any dispute.10. TERMINATION OF RIGHTSFailure to comply with any part of these Terms of Service may result in:- Immediate revocation of your usage rights- Takedown requests- Blacklisting- Further legal action in cases of copyright infringement or commercial misuse11.
